Alloy 400 (nickel-copper) is a solid-solution alloy providing good mechanical strength and toughness over a wide temperature range combined with excellent corrosion resistance. General Description Alloy 400 is a nickel-copper alloy with good strength and ductility, good weldability, and excellent resistance to corrosion. It is tough over a wide range of temperatures.
